My Thoughts on Texas (2022)

Hello, I'm Ethan, I do not live in Texas (USA), but I know enough about it. Many " laws " have been enforced toward trans youth, and I do not like them at all. They have been taking Sharpies and covering up the pronouns They/Them. This is basic grammar, and they are not only taking away someone's pronouns, but they are also taking away education. Pronouns are a part of grammar, so why are we "blurring" the words in TEXTBOOKS!!!!! Yes, they are covering up correct grammar in textbooks they use to learn. 

Texas also has been banning hormones/hormone blockers and saying that its considered child abuse. Child abuse. Just to let a kid have an identity, and express themselves? Doctors are also allowed to decline surgery if they think the person is trans. Ex: Removal of cancer from breast. Also an adult official can report someone for being trans, which will make them unable to receive certain medical treatments, and more. 

Parents of transgender kids will be "investigated" to ensure the child isn't being "abused" or forced into "The Transgender Mindset." Who knows what they'll consider abuse though. This is unfair for parents and children, since the aftermath of this if the state believes the child is being abuse could vary anywhere from a fine and the loss of custody over the child, to jailtime and permanent loss of custody.
