I don't remember the year but I remember being in my mid teens. I was an active DeviantArt user at the time and all of a sudden, each time I logged in my page was full of fanart of the trolls. I thought "What's with these gray candy corn horn people" and noticed the zodiac symbols on their shirts, which I used to be very into astrology so I looked them up and started reading the webcomic afterwards.
