I Put Down Some Catnip for my Cat and He Just Ate it

It's 6am and I put like a small pile of catnip on the floor for my very big and dumb cat George, he doesn't eat treats, eats anything resembling hair and has this look in his eyes that he has about 2 braincells. After placing a bean sized pile of catnip on the floor for him, I turned around to give my other cat Noodle some, and when I turned back there wasn't one spec of catnip to be seen as if I'd never placed any there and he was licking his lips. Bro really took an edible.
