I'm moving to SpaceHey from facebook.
I hate Facebook. I hate that they ban an account permanently with no warning for literally no reason. I've ever so missed MySpace... so thank you spacehey.... if for whatever reason you have to permanently ban an account.... please give your people at least a year to collect their pictures. Sometimes people don't have the greatest living situations and may need more time to get their pictures of family members or friends... please listen to your users... im r2d2 playing the message of princess lea (lea being the voices of all your current and future users) "help us obi-wan-kenobi your our only hope." Please and thank you. Thank you for bringing back something I loved so much.... I didn't want to move to Facebook... but all my friends left MySpace because they didn't like that MySpace was making huge changes... they'd hoped that Facebook would do better for them, and listen.... now, you're the last frontier of hope ... for me anyway... I feel as though I've just gotten out of a really toxic relationship, and while you're familiar... you're also changed, maybe a little different... adulthood wasn't what we thought it was going to be.... but im glad im finally home..... we've all changed... and im just glad to be home... *says through tears* thank you.

Facebook has forgotten that the customer is important. When a company forgets that they need customers to stay in business, then it is time for that business to go out of business. I am also making the move from Facebook to SpaceHey. I just hope that SpaceHey doesn't make the mistake that Facebook is making. I also like that SpaceHey is bringing back Myspace. Great idea.
I completely agree!!! And it's sad when people who make something like Facebook forget important things like people who have all of their memories and pictures and everything on there.... then it all just gets deleted. Some people's whole lives are / was on there... and in the blink of an eye it's all just taken away. And thats not okay.

Yea, they look at us as the product but they forget also that without the product, you have no customer. The really sad part is that I know a lot of people who complain about Facebook but still will not leave. Now that makes no sense to me. As long as people keep using them, Facebook will keep doing what they are doing.

I am glad also and I am loving it. This weekend is when I will be completely getting rid of my Facebook account.
