This ramble will probably be a lot shorter than my most recent one, but anyways..
I should start out with the fact that I've been focusing on losing weight (again) .
Last time i tried it was going well and i went from 142 LBS -> 137 LBS and i got real cocky and decided to just stop i dunno why. I gained all the weight back and then some. Last time i checked i was at 146 LBS, which is horrible,
I'm limiting how many calories i eat. I'm trying to only eat like around 1300, it has not been super hard and i think im doing well.
Going through the weight loss thing, ive realized two things,
sparkling water and dark chocolate are really good, actually.
The only downside to dark chocolate is i had to go to the bathroom immediately after, but isnt that kind of what i want?
I've also realized that i burn calories just existing in school, its insane. I had no idea how many calories i really burn just walking around the campus all day.
I think thats it.
ill update how my calorie deficit goes over time. Thx for reading

Lmao, I eat a fuck ton of fried chicken and french fries in the school cafe but I don't gain anything. Been 45kg at 146cm since I was 13. Srsly tho CHOCOLATE OUT OF ALL THINGS?
