Things to do in December

 Greetings Dear Reader,

Hope your First Twelve days of December are going so well.

Today I'm bringing a list I collected from pins I saved on pinterest, hopefully it will support the brain, mental health and help us have a good month.

The reason I'm doing this, is because of how my mind is shattered into too many pieces, things I want to do, things I have to do, and the to do list goes on no matter what..

Long story short, here is the list.

 Take what you want, leave the rest, just have a good month for yourself.

1-      Clear your e-mail list, unsubscribe from the things you are no longer interested in, and maybe subscribe to new things.

2-      Clear your pc/mobile and make a backup ver.

3-      Take an online course in a subject you are interested in.

4-      Write a short story.

5-      Write a letter to a new friend (through slowly or any penpal app you like).

6-      Start learning a new language.

7-      Bake cookies, bread or a cake!.

8-      Start journaling!.

9-      Update your resume and linkedin profile

10- Listen to a podcast/audiobook instead of music when you are bored.

11- Read a non-fiction book.

12- Introduce yourself to fasting and self discipline

13- Spend 10 min daily before sleeping planning your next day.

14- List 3 ways you waste time with and think on how to reduce them.

15- Wake up earlier than usual.

16- Watch a show with your friend or on your own and discuss it online.

I will work on keeping a daily update on the progress asap.
