the topic of ai illustrations....

i rllly hate all this talk about 'ai art' that ive been seeing a lot lately.... i dont think machines will ever be able to create art. bcus art isnt something that you just pump out in seconds, it takes time and most importantly..u need an intention or a meaning behind it! a machine wont be inspired by anything, or express their feelings, or share an experience they had because they cant do any of that!!! ai 'art' isnt art and im tired ofpeople saying it is. i think its rlly insulting to artists and people who want to be artists. the people who like ai illustrations always say that 'people can finally make art now!' but thats not true at all. just open mspaint, or your sketchbook, some pencils, ibispaint, anything you draw there will be art! even if its just some lines you scribbled while angry! thats art!!! i hate people who think that you need to have expensive materials to be able to make art because thats not true at all!!!! im tired of everyone online nowadays thinking that all art has to be 'beautiful' and detailed to be art when thats not true! everything in the art communities online is so serious now..i miss when people could just have fun. you still can, of course, but its frowned upon now.. >:(

it rlly feels like everyone is against artists nowadays.. nfts, ai drawings, animated shows getting canceled or taken off streaming services (this is why i hate streaming services, btw)
