So I'm stuck in the middle of some drama from school. So get ready for a little story time. I have a friend that was sort of pinning this new guy that transferred schools just this year and they were really close from the start. Like... almost TOO close you know? Like my friend totally stayed over the night at that guys place after the first day of school close. I swore they were dating or something, I mean they sought each other out every morning and stuff, but honestly looking back it could've been just friendship. Anyways APPARANTLY my friends "almost boyfriend" got hit on by some jerk that I have history with. And they totally did some unsavory actions against a tree in the nearby school woods. Coarse I told my friend about it as soon as I found out because I was 99% sure he liked the guy who just accepted some weirdo to go into said woods. So I told him and now the ex-"soon to be boyfriend" is hella pissed off at me. Hey! I know where my loyalty lies, but I also sort of shared something personal to someone who might just have been fine not knowing about it. Any thoughts?
Am I the bad guy?

Well that 'Woods guy' he's just a idiot anyway, if he couldn't tell there was tension between them then clearly he's not the brightest or he has a clear status he's going for.

no! i def dont think your the bad guy, you were doing what you thought was the right thing to do and being a good friend. i wouldn't worry about the situation, if the guy from the woods is angry its most likely bc he was doing something wrong. :)

Update:
I'm glad you responded I forgot I posted about this lol. But it feels nice having some reassurance from a outside source. Thanks!
