I don't really have a yes or no answer, but I definitely ask myself this from time to time I feel kind of disconnected when I think about it, so there might at least be a split personality thing going on for me but IDK I think we're all a little crazy but being aware of it is probably a good thing.
A psychopath wouldn't be concerned with whether or not they were one. If you're worried enough to ask, that's a pretty good indicator that you're not. Hope this helps!
