Sad

I put her and my 3 leghorn chicks outside today in the pen with my 4 other chicks that are about 2 weeks older.

They were all running around free ranging in the turkey coop.  My older chicks have been living out there for the last week.

Mind u my chicks come to be petted n love chest rubs.  1 jumps up on me when I pat my leg.  So when I went out to check on the for the millionth time and to bring them in for the night it was odd that I didnt see her.  She doesnt leave the other birds sight.

I had to crawl into the smaller section of the coop, lift up my turkey who was laying down n there she was.  She had a hole in her shoulder/wing and her little bones were broken n there was blood.  

Idk what happened.  My turkeys are sweet.  My tom loves his head rubbed.  Idk if my hen got too motherly n pecked to hard. She hasnt touched my other babies.  I'm at a loss

I grabbed my other babys n have been in bed pissed n crying since.

I am so devastated its retarded.
