I'm considering asking my parents if I can get my belly button pierced. I tried to do it myself a few months ago in our bathroom while they weren't home but after I got the needle through the jewellery wouldn't go in correctly so I had to just take it out and was left with a hole in my stomach. There's still a scar there so I would hope if I do get it pierced properly the piercer wouldn't mention it to them. Loads of girls have them pierced nowadays and it's not an issue at school because you can't see them. Maybe for Christmas. I just hope it doesn't ruin my 'good girl' image with my parents. They might suspect I've been stealing their vodka and not my sister lol.
