Life update

I might be getting evicted because of my power-tripping landlord.

If there isn't an update on here, or you don't see me active, you now know the reason as to why.

Hopefully I don't get evicted. And if I do, I plan on going to court for unlawful eviction.

Update 1;

It seems like everyone in the neighborhood was hit with the same letter, so we're all fighting it, and bringing it to court, as they are breaking all kinds of statutes.

We're also thinking about adding a temporary HOA, just so we, the residents have more to say about shit that happens in the neighborhood than the manager(s) that try to run the place.

Update 2;

I was able to get out of the eviction notice, so I am now safe and don't have to worry about it anymore... though, I don't know about the other people in my neighborhood.

What I learned is that it wasn't the landlord (the owner(s) of the park) but the manager threatening people with eviction! We have contacted the owner(s) of the park, gave them a formal complaint, and obviously the court date, as the rest of the neighborhood is still going to court for it. I'm not sure if I'll attend, but it's good that the other people still are. 

We're also still going to try to put the HOA in place though.

Hopefully this will be the last update for this blog, because like I said, I'm not longer under the threat of eviction.
