i told you we're destined to stay together 
forever, until we melt under the burning sun and we dissolve in the suffocating summer
no middle seasons can reach us 
our world is a black and white photograph with a stark contrast

if we can't die at the same time, please
take a knife or use your hands
stab through my empty chest and take my heart, it's yours
or make me gasp for my last breath with your gentle hands

you're the prettiest flower, so fragile, the winter wind could blow away your petals and leave you naked and unresponsive 
but i'd let my sinful blood turn your white and luminous petal into a furious red and make you shine brighter than ever, while shielding you from the storm that cuts my skin like a thousand razors

i will never deserve to sleep with your body next to mine but i still yearn to feel the small heat of your skin just a few inches from mine
while looking at an empty sky
and feeling so full because i've got just all i ever wanted
