TRIP TO JAPAN??!?!

So ive been thinking of taking a trip out of country here recently and ive decided on Japan. I dont really know too much about Japan, I never consumed japanese media before until now that im trying to get familiar with the culture before i go. Its definitely... weird compared to what im used to. I chose Japan cuz it seemd like one of the least "western" but modern places i could visit. Like Tokyo is the biggest city in the world!!! Thats freakin awsum. Ik other asian and middle eastern places are very modern as well, but Japan is apparently a very safe country (with sum exceptions), and seeing as this will be my first solo trip more than 300 miles I figured it was the safest bet. Plus they also have very good transportation system so that makes getting around super easy. I tried to rush this trip back in Oct with only having planned for 2 weeks, and then rushing to get my passport cuz i dont have one yet), but realized that was super stoopid and should just actually schedule a proper trip. Ill enjoy it more this way anyways. Still need to figure out where i would sleep and stuff but that shouldnt be too hard. Hopefully this doesnt fall through!!! looking forward to it :D
