Cool?

We worked on another new song for the upcoming album. The session just seemed to be more alive and vibrant. Not that the others weren't fun, but this particular one was pretty wild. I never saw Mike so animated with my music. Normally he will be all "Hey this is cool!" but this time he was almost jumping out of skin, saying things like "This is your best stuff" and "I am really into these new songs!" What's this song like? I thought it was a bit too commercial but then I realized, if it makes the hairs on my arm stand up, then it's a keeper. 

We have rehearsal this coming Sunday but nothing to write about but...if the planets line up again, there may be another surprise in the wings.
