I keep waking up in the middle of the night EVERY SCHOOL NIGHT! I’ve heard that LED light might be the reason that I can never sleep a full night but I’m petrified of the dark so I’m never taking those down. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I HAVE TO WAKE UP VERY EARLY EVERY MORNING!
