so today I went to the shops just near my house in a cure t-shirt and jeans bc I couldn't be bothered to put anything cool on (I'm literally just going to lidl) and then when I go inside that place there's a bunch of cool af goths and i swear to god i felt like the biggest idiot like i looked like a massive poser and i missed out on meeting cool goths bc i couldn't be bothered to get dressed up to go to lidl lmaoo and they all stared at me

honestly everyone has their off days, sometimes i dress like rodney from only fools n horses and its always on the days i end up walking past super cool goths n people !! its a universal experience and a right of passage for alternative-ness, just think of it as being incognito lmao
true that, I never find other alt people when I'm dressed alt
