HELP!!!! DX

i like this dude and he liked me 4 a bit but i dont think they like me anymore and idk wut to do!!!

i dnt want to force myself to not like them anymore cuz wut if they still like me????

hes been talking to me a lot less but today he atually talked to me (kinda) he just asked where i was going when i left to cry in the bathroom :/

im pretty sure him and my gf like eachother still (poly btw) 

i h8 liking people i always self sabotage without realizing idek if my gf likes me :[ 

wut should i do??? any advice???
