Bulletins are for friends eyes only and have a time limit, blog post are for everyone and last forever

The difference between Bulletins and the Blog's, is that when you post a bulletin, only you and your friend(s) can see them, and they have a limited life. 1 - 10 days.
Now, as for Blogs, you can set this up where it's private (a diary), friends only, link only, or public.
I hope this is a good enough explanation!
As a side note, Blogs are permanent unless you delete them
