I've seen a few blogs with themes and was curious onto how I could add one.

insert a style tag into your about me or anywhere on your page.
for instance this will change the background color of your profile to black.
Yes, I know about the profile layouts, I have one right now.
But my question is how to do it with the blogs.

Inspect element?? Duh
Inspect element would only show yourself (client-sided), no?
I was asking how I could set it up where everyone could see it.
If you happen to know how I could do that, that would be amazing.
