I'm so tired of famous people making terrible or borderline-unhealthy products and then pushing it to a crowd of teenagers for their own gain. If you're going to sell something, that fine! But make it actually good-quality and worth while. An influencers income and success depends entirely on their fans, and yet they hardly appreciate them (or if they say they do, the chance of them being truthful about it is pretty damn low). 

It feels so much worse when it comes to Internet-famous people, though. It's so much easier to gain a huge platform when you use the Internet, compared to traditional celebrities like actors and musicians that were around before the Internet was even a thing. Plus, it means that their audience has much more unrestricted access to their content (including young, impressionable children.)

Besides just bad products, I feel like a ton of children of the newest generation are growing up in such an aggressively capitalist world, it's honestly devastating. As someone born in the mid-2000s, sure, I was subjected to capitalist nonsense as a kid, but by the time I got access to the internet, I had already matured enough to know when I was being sold and advertised to. Young children growing up on social media have this aggressive advertisement ingrained into their minds, and it does nothing but excessive damage.
