It is so boring to be me ...When there's too much people around me, at a party I always get so nervous and i'm starting to shake like a DILDO.( Sorry for the term...)
It is even worse when I don't know the majority of the people in the party, because i feel like a complete stranger and I wonder "What am I doing here ??? They dont know me ! I dont know them!!!" and i won't talk to the friend I know at all, because i'd feel like a burden
So most of the time I isolate myself from everyone, and im overthinking how much of a LOSER i am. Like, I wont be mean or anything to the strangers but i'll be extra nervous and akward, and everyone HATE being akward.
I remember @ one party in HS, my friend weren't there and there was only my ex, I accepted to join him @ the party but then he was ONLY hanging out with his pals, and me ? I was super shy, and super nervous. I was talking to nobody and nobody wanted to talk to an dumbass who doesnt talk and just smile in a akward way !
My ex seemed so happy with his friends I didn't want to disturb!!! So I locked myself into the bathroom and I was shaking and I started to cry...And I fell asleep in the bathroom. My ex didn't notice I was away during hours and thats maybe for the better.
Parties are always something hard 4 me when i dont have a group to hang out with. Wish I was less shy =(

the best thing to fight that off is exposure therapy, you gotta face people and act like you're confident. at some point you'll become confident 4 real and u'll forget abt that anxiety
Thanks for the advice D ^_^!!!! I take note about this therapy ! Can I find this locally and is it expensive ????
