Tally Blog here I come!

I'm overly obsessed with Tally Hall and you should be too!

Forming their band much earlier, Tally Hall Released their first album Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum on october 24, 2005. The band comprised of 5 members, each called by the color of their tie:

Yellow Tie(Rob Cantor): Acoustic Guitarist

Red Tie (Joe Hawley): Electric Guitarist

Blue Tie (Zubin Sedghi): Bassist

Green Tie (Andrew Horowitz): Pianist

Grey Tie (Steve Gallagher very quickly replaced by Ross Federman): Drummer

Together they cheated their own genre of music known as Fabloo and would eventually create the Tally Hall internet show. A comedy skit show much like Kidz in the Hall posted to their website and now youtube.

On June 21, 2011 they would release their second album Good & Evil shortly before they'd break up to do their own separate things with their lives.

A year later on December 12, 2012 Joe Hawley and Ross Federman would release the albums Hawaii Part ii under the name ミラクルミュージカル  (Miracle Musical). The album tells the story of a man named Simon who's wife was tragically murdered in the woods and while he didn't do it, the evidence was stacked against him, so he pled insanity. In the asylum he went through shock therapy to the point he actually went insane, escaped the asylum that felt like a labyrinth to him, and sail the seas looking for his wife forgetting that she's dead.

In 2012 Rob Cantor would find massive success from his comedy style song Shia Lebeouf Live which featured Zubin Sedghi and on March 4, 2014 Rob Cantor would release a solo album named Not a Trampoline which follows no set story line, but would be a fanominal album enjoyed by many!

On October 22, 2016 Joe Hawley would release his solo album Joe Hawley Joe Hawley, his first official public venture into the hip hop scene. Some songs serious and some satirical, Joe would invite some of his friends and even those of Tally Hall to work on songs. Rotary Park featured Zubin Sedghi, Bring Her Along featured edu, and The Apologue of Hot Rod Duncan featured Ross Federman.

On July 26, 2019 Andrew Horowitz would release his own solo album Sketches 3D under the name edu. This album would be the culmination of songs that Andrew wrote in his apartment for leisure. This album would feature a song he originally wrote in 2012 entitled Lemons and Pears. The version on the album featured some changes that altered the meaning of the song.

All of these men are incredibly talented and even those who no longer make music need the utmost appreciation!
