Dutch apple pie compared to American apple pie

I have tried them both. You kinda need the whipped cream on Dutch apple pie cause the crust on the top is thicker and drier but I can see why someone would prefer that. Overall the inside is mostly similar. 

Personally I prefer American apple pie but for both of them I ated it and uhhhhh yeah good.
