i havent been on this website for so long and to be honest i really miss blogging. if youve read my other blogs you probably know how chaotic things are and how i have to deeply analyze everything in my life (my only personality trait). anyways lets talk about healing. i feel like when you first hear the word healing you already feel so empowered and you already feel more emotionally intact with your feelings, i dont know if that makes sense but thats how it makes me feel. the last couple of days have been a wreck and today i start my healing and learning journey. 

there is this youtuber called thewizardliz (shes amazing go check her out), i watched a couple of her youtube videos and i feel so empowered. so here are a couple of things that she said that truly just stuck with me:

1. you don't need a reason: you dont need a reason to celebrate, take care of yourself, indulge yourself. one reason for which people go out of control is because they are stuck in the mentality of "i am not going to get to experience this thing again", restricting yourself to strict rules is only going to make you rebel more. so its okay to maintain a balance between your needs and wants and figure out what is right rather than following this impulsive lifestyle. 

2. you can only do things for yourself: i know that this sounds like a cliche and that your probably thinking that you  already know this, but it is so important and you do it without realizing. i know that i usually do things for other people because i want to grow and get better for other people. but i wont truly 'get better' if its not for myself. the only permanence you have in your life is you. so you need to stick to that and heal because you want to.

3. body, mind and soul: there are three parts of you which make you, yourself. first is your body, the instrument that you live in, your home. if u abuse your body you cant get better. you cant live in a burnt out home, you must take care of your body (hydrate, eat better, sleep better, etc.). next we have mind, this means your mental health, you have to treat yourself right and do things which you know will make you feel better. one of the worst things about not being mentally okay is finding comfort in it. you have to motivate yourself to get out of it, embrace the uncomfortableness of it and improve. lastly we have your soul, this one is quite difficult to explain but it is basically your atmosphere, your energy and just how you generally feel. my soul has held me back, i am constantly tired and avoid things which i have to do. its a place where i am lacking.

also i just want to say that its okay to make mistakes and fall back, its all a part of the journey. but if u did it once you can do it again, go hydrate guys
