Happy Thanksgiving!!! It’s been a minute but today I though I’d wish you all a happy thanksgiving and give y’all an AMAZING mashed potato recipe courtesy of Cristina Tosi, founder of the Momofuku Milk Bar!
Adapted from “Milk Bar Life”
1 lb. Red potatoes, washed (peel them if you want) and cut up in pieces
Boil them till fork tender and carefully strain them. Return them to the pot.
Add 1/4 lb. butter, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon sugar
Mash to desired consistency
