The Goncharov Situation

Goncharov (1973) has blown up on tumblr to the point of the polygon making an article of it.

In a couple of days the internet has made fanart, fan fics, soundtracks etc and it is amazing. It really shows the span of creativity the internet holds and the power we as a collective have to make something.

Sure, the movie doesn't exist but it's managed to grow a community out of faking a 1970s mafia movie.

I would love for it to become a real thing, especially with what people on tumblr etc have made.

As a film and tv student I plan to one day make Goncharov a reality and post it to youtube or somewhere free.

Once I am 18, I plan on starting a Go Fund Me to make a real Goncharov, just for a budget for props and things, and I'll make it with some friends.

I am not gonna back down on this idea because this is something I really want to do (plus its one more thing to put on a portfolio - even if my employers have never heard of Goncharov xD)
