Health system failing

So. I was just contacted by my GP's practice manager to ask me to come in for a medicine review. And have now been told that my fit note won't be renewed until the 5th of December.

My fit note expires on the 2nd. so i am going to be classified as AWOL for 2+ days from work, so they can just backdate it.

I'm done with my supermarket job, being abused and assaulted i no longer feel safe, It's damaged my mental health to the point of even going food shopping for myself alone now is beyond overwhelming. I feel like I'm in the toilet, destroyed by it all.

I think i need to go back to therapy. I need the support files to re-build my central file system up again from the nothing, from the empty void of /dev/sda0/ where the ls command is showing nothing and the tree is empty the drive has crashed, the heads have scratched away at the platters. Destroying the disk and it's contents.

I just need to reboot, rebuild all system services and change my day to day again.
