So I beat Mega Man 10

well that was fast

i forgot how short some of the games in this series can be after the much longer playthroughs of mega man 4-8 (mostly due to the double castles of 4-6 and the general collectibles in 7-8) but it's really nice to be able to not sit through a marathon for once.

i wish this game wasn't compared to 9 so much due to its placement in the series and time of release, i think i enjoy it a good bit more. the weapons aren't as good as 9's but the levels feel way more enjoyably designed and there's a lot less "haha GOTCHA" deaths imo. the extra stages with the mega man killers are welcome too, and of course you can't forget playable Bass is a super fun addition

moving on to 11 and ending the marathon after its completion, looking forward to finally playing this one!
