Leo's Life Update: Long time no see!

Hi everyone! 

I don't have much of an audience here and that is because I never log on, but I figured I would post a general update on my life for those curious. I turn 17 next month, on the 21st, and then I am spending my first official day as a 17 year old (the 22nd) getting surgery! I have a tumor that's probably benign and probably not THAT big of a deal but I'm realizing this is a pretty freaky thing, especially since I have never had surgery! It's definitely a crazy way to start a new age...The tumor itself is kind of really annoying since it hurts quite often and sometimes I swear I can feel it growing. Soon I think I'll be able to see it protruding from my skin...

Other than that, I've been going to songwriting club at school and working hard to write my own songs. My band kind of broke up since the guitarist and like, main co-founder just suddenly dropped out despite us never even practicing (...and she's the one who wanted to start the band and we only ever worked on her demo and she kinda jumped the gun on everything for it to fizzle out but whatever...) so I've been working on some solo stuff until I can get my own band together. Everything is sort of up in the air right now since there's a chance I'll get to move to Colorado if my mom gets a cool new job, and I really hope she does, but yeah that's why I'm not gonna try and start a new band if things are kinda uncertain right now. I've been getting a lot better at art and have already burned through 2 sketchbooks this semester. I'm also getting back into coding, learning HTML and CSS on Khan Academy and trying my hand at running my own neocities page, which is tedious but also fun cuz it's challenging. 

It's thanksgiving break now, so I'm really excited about getting some rest after an exhausting couple of months. I want to improve my coding skills throughout this week, that is my main goal. I also need to do laundry and maybe play some overwatch.
