right now I´m on a diet
It hasn´t been as bad as I expected, sometimes I do feel hungry, but I have been getting better at tolerating hunger. What I have been eating
breakfast: a cup of milk tea with a crackers with creamcheese and honey or a cup of yogurt with some cereal,.
lunch: a piece of meat with vegetables like brocoli, cauliflower and carrots, and sometimes I add fried beans
dinner: a portion of jello with powedered milk(believe me it´s good) or hot chocolate by itself
I´ve started doing this because in june of this year I got my menstraution twice a month and my hormones went all over the place, it makes sense beacause I have gain around 12 kilos during the pandemic. Somy gynecologist send me to diet and exercise.
I used to exercise before the diet, before I used to do 200 jump on a rope, 20 squats, and do 2 sesions of lifting with 10 lbs of dumbells, for each arm, but with time I just gained weight rather than loosing it, my legs kept getting bigger and my arms started looking like that of a man, so once I started my diet I stopped exercising.
It hasn´t worsen my diet at all, I went from 73 kilod to 69 kilos in just two week and my goal i to be 60 kilos by december and from where I´m going I´m probably going to achieve it.
