i keep dying my hair burgundy but its still dark :(

So, I use the semi permanent burgundy red hair color from ion and i use a 20 developer, but its no use for my black hair???

even tho when i dyed my hair in 2019 or sum it was very noticeable and i dont want my hair dye to only be seen in sunlight :/

but im most likely gonna use the loreal hicolor dye or a loreal box dye and after i buy one of them, im prob gonna mix it with the ion dye

is it a good idea to mix my ion dye with the hicolor/box dye? which one should i buy anyway?
