reccomended albums

I've been listening to the coolest music that the youtube algorithm throws at me for a while now, so I figured I would list all of the best albums I've found.

[NOTE, a lot of these albums are hard to find anywhere else, and sometimes get taken down for one reason or another. let me know if a link goes down and I'll try to fix it. one way to make sure this music is preserved is to use a youtube downloader (i use https://co.wukko.me/ or the command line utility youtube-dl). I am not going to tell you how to use or install either of these, google it.]

this is an experimental prog-rock album with some bossa nova elements. I'm a big fan of the introduction. I'm a pretty big fan of albums that use an organ (I'm also a huge fan of the MOTHER series) and this one uses it juuuuust enough so it stays fresh.

De Wolfe - Rubba (Jacky Giordano)

Another album with a lot of organ, this feels like a sound library of sorts, but I can't be sure. This album is a cult classic, and its used as sampling for a lot of modern music. its surprisingly good for its obscurity, I would turn it on while you're working or writing.

Attention Shoppers - Neros Day at Disneyland

This album probably isn't in danger of being wiped off the internet. This sort of abrasive sound is a little bit acquired, but its still really good if you're into that sort of thing. You'll probably get something out of it if you're transgender.

this blog is a LIVING DOCUMENT meaning it will be edited and updated as time goes on. keep this blog bookmarked and stay tuned!
