doodoo art. (help)

I drew this picture of one of my favourite musicians and it's been a while since I've drawn (I've only been drawing seriously for a little over a year), so I'm not exactly at full capacity, but I'm unsure if this looks accurate? Like, what changes can be made to make them more similar, y'know? I know my art isn't terrible, but when I draw faces based off real people they never seem to resemble them accurately or look creepy and uncanny. Maybe some tips or tricks on how to help make them look similar would be helpful. </3
