REVIEWS:
hopefully i formatted those right... if not i'll edit it but it's been a great week in terms of music, a lot of these artists besides "Calm" are artists i've already listened to before, and all of them are artists my friend az showed me. anywayyy, let's get into the reviews babeyy

LAST CHRISTMAS (7.5/10)
a cover of "Wham!"'s song with the same name, i think this is a way more rock/pop-esque take on the song and i really like how it was executed; with new lyrics, melodies, etc. i really like how this was done, and glaive's voice is just phenomenal

BE STILL / WE WILL LIVE LIKE THUNDER (7/10)
a slowcore song i found on a playlist and it's really nice, this is two songs in one (hence the slash). but i really love be still, it has a really nice guitar riff and the drums aren't too invasive. it's a really nice song to relax and keep in the background

FASHIONED TO HIS CHEST (9/10)
this is beautiful to say the least. az showed me bull of heaven back in 2020 and ever since then it's been one of my favorite bands, ever since the death of Clayton Counts in 2016 the band has taken a more post-rock turn, and while i think bull of heaven should've stayed dormant with the release of I Will Climb Alone, their newest album The Undifferentiated Waters is beautiful and i'm glad az showed me it.

FROM HER EYES FLOW (10/10)
from the same album as fashioned to his chest, this song brings me on the verge of tears almost every time i listen to it. it's so beautiful and it really goes to show how much of a genius Neil Keener is even if he wasn't the mastermind behind all of Bull of Heaven's earlier albums. the song starts out with a synth-like melody playing and a guitar playing a counter melody in the background, then it explodes into this anthem of industrial drums, synths, guitars, you name it. it really makes you feel emotional (although it is a bit loud so you might wanna turn it down). everything about this song is great and it really makes me glad that bull of heaven still releases music.

DO U BLEED AT ALL? (7/10)
this one's a bit funny... i found it on tiktok about a guy trying to take down tech extremists with his mongolian uncles and unironically, this song is really good LOL. the midi piano is really nice and the vocals are also really catchy, though it is hard to understand what he's saying.
