So far so good on the liquid diet. I made a spinach, pear smoothie, a spinach apple with nutmeg and cinnamon, a spinach bannanannana peanut butter, and a plain jane spinach with Oat milk yogurt and banana. i don't heavily recommend that last one but if your into it and want the probiotics then go for it. Get it girl. Right now the plan is to eat solid food 7 hours after i get up. But shakes are ok. But day offs i do solid food for dinner. Seems to work out. Kinda doing a cleanse thing. I went to a friends house and 2 days later they had a high fever. Turned out not to be the VID though. So now im givin my self a flusher.
2021. Healthy AF Im going to try and get down to my birth weight. More videos this Tuesday! Byyeee
