Kids not old enough to remember the internet in the 2000s, why are you here?

I'm not asking this in a gatekeeping way, I'm genuinely curious.

To me, this website seems like it would appeal to the millennials and early gen z who were around when the internet was like this. Hell, I learned about this site from a 2000s nostalgia group filled almost exclusively with said millennials and early gen z (a.k.a. "Zillennials"). To me, it makes total sense why people aged like, 20s-40s would be here.

Yet I've seen profiles as young as like... 13 here! 13! It drives me insane to think about it, but 13 years ago was 2009 (almost 2010!). At 13 years old, there's no chance you have any recollection of the internet before it became what it is now. You have no nostalgia for these times where people were making gaudy, obnoxious profiles and writing emo forum posts because you were genuinely a fetus when that was on its way out of the mainstream.

So I have to ask... What draws you here, to this intentionally retro, clunky site? Is it an appreciation for the aesthetic? Perhaps your older sibling or even your parent fondly recalled their days of updating their MySpace Top 8 and downloading questionable files off Limewire and intrigued you? How did you even learn about this website?! I highly doubt all of YOU are in Facebook nostalgia groups, most people your age tend to make fun of Facebook!

I'm glad to see teens being interested in the world I grew up in! I just wanna know what made you get into it.
