Update on My Life: Things are Looking Up!

Hello there to you and everyone who has decided to read this! It's Akai again and I decided to type about my life once again. Since I moved to a better job, I have began to have a lot of appreciation for it! Allow me to begin explaining.

So first of all, my new job has went very well! I don't remember if I mentioned this before, but I ended up getting a job as an electronic assembler and there, I can listen and catch up with Dungeons and Daddies all day long without anyone wondering why in the world I'm listening to something! My boss is very nice and although she and her son went to Florida for a bit, I still was able to be directed into doing what needed to be done, and I think that I am doing a pretty good job! This week however, I think they're going to try to get me to go faster, but we'll see what happens down the line! I do have to learn another machine, which I hear takes a while anyway.

As far as the money problem on my side though, it seems like the capitalist had given me money, just as I wanted! I'm not sure if someone had brought the post to his attention or if he just had a change of heart, but what I do know is that I had a lot of money in my bank now! With that, my boyfriend, roommates, and I decided to go on a double date to Round One, a place that has a bit of a taste of Japan!

But first, our journey brought us to Second and Charles, which is a used book store. It's an amazing store and they have a ton of pop culture products! For example, I was not expecting a Dungeons and Dragons and Skyrim tarot set to be there! But of course, I bought the D&D one because I'm a huge fan! (I like Skyrim as well, but it was a bit more expensive and come to find out, the D&D ones were actually very useful as well!) However, I did make the decision to collect tarot decks of anything that I like and then the decks will be more personalized and if I do readings for people, they will have more choices to see what they wanna hear!

But then we went to Round One and I had a blast! A lot of my credits were spent on crane games and a ball game, however I did spend extra on some tokens so that way I can play some more when I visit again! The issue getting there is the long distance between my place to there and winter is coming, so if the snow covers the ground and ice hits the freeway, it will end up becoming a nightmare to get there!

I have also discovered a few sites as well that I can upload music and artwork and I am excited to try it out! The music one reminds me of Soundcloud, but you can literally upload almost anything and listen to something on a cloud! I do have a lot of music to upload, but I might make another account as a way to upload even more! I suppose we'll see what happens as I go along!

I'm still however trying to find a place to play D&D on a Sunday. I've heard that there's a place in Ann Arbor that I can go to, but as I said before, I really don't want to drive too far with the snow possibly coming. I just want to have fun but online doesn't give me the same experience as in person! I really hope I can find a bar nearby that's a bit quiet and open late! If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all ears!
