My dad is not my dad anymore

Okay, so this morning my dad came home completely drunk, reeking from alcohol and he emotionally blackmailed my mom. He then cried to guilt-trip, and my 6yr old sister saw him cry and immediately cried too. Also, the money my dad took was backup money, which my mom was saving up with my grandma when she was alive. Last night my dad spent 300USD on alcohol. I'm scared he's gonna spend, even more, he made my mom cry so much. Did I tell you that he also manipulated my 6yr old sister? I'm not sure how but I overheard my sister and my mom talking together and apparently, my 'dad' said something like "don't tell mom I drink or we are gonna argue" to my 6yr old sister. I'm disgusted. We are not wealthy or rich so we try to save up money, we are not poor either though.
