RIP Julie Powell

Julie Powell, one of my favorite bloggers has died. She was 49 and it was of cardiac arrest. In 2002-3 she cooked her way through Julia Child’s Mastering the Art of French Cooking and blogged about it. While I wouldn’t have been able to read it in real time, I read her book and watched her movie and loved them both.   I never knew her IRL but that doesn't make it any less sad. RIP, legend.
