My bucket travel list (International)

Happy 1st of November yall!!!

I am sharing the list of places I want to to before kicking the bucket. These last few years have been a warning to not take your mortality for granted. Here is my international edition of countries and places I want to visit.

Canary Islands

Canary Islands is an archipelago off the coast of western Africa. It is part of the country of Spain. I want to visit the islands because of two specific reasons: 1) their Spanish accent is very similar to that of Puerto Rico, my home island. 2) I want to hike their tallest peak, Mount Teide. Finally, I forgot to add that the weather at the Canary Islands is very mild. The last time I heard the temperatures stay around 60 degrees F all year round.

Germany

I want to go to Germany to visit family. I also want to drive on the Autobahn!

Island hopping in the Caribbean

I have been on the Caribbean on a cruise ship a few times before. My only complain is that going into a cruise, I was hold back on the cruiser's schedule. It didn't allow me to stay for multiple days to do hiking of my own around the islands. Taking this into consideration, my plan for a future travel is going to the Minor Antilles (the chain of small islands on the eastern side of the Caribbean) and take a plane, or boat to get on each of these islands on my own time. This trip may be hindered to specific seasons of the year to avoid destructive tropical storms during the hurricane season. The best time of the year to go is on January and February. Last time, the islands that impressed me the most was St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis islands, they have tons of hiking trails and ruins I would love to see in person.
