how october went

October was fun!!

On the 11th, I hanged out with my online friend J again! We also made another friend, L, and I'm convinced that we're a power trio. We also made plans to cosplay the triple baka girlies, I'm Neru!! We also planned to have a 3 day sleepover on Hanukkah, all of us together over at J's house. Just a bunch of cringe emos having a sleepover. We didn't really do much, but we still had fun.

There were a bunch more new vocalsynth releases! this was a good month, and there's quite a lot of promising new upcoming vocals, like Futaba Minato for CeVio AI and a bunch of Vocaloid6 vocals!

on the 13th, Vocaloid6 was released!! with 4 more vocals that use vocaloid's new AI technology! And now that Miku isn't on vocaloid anymore, Gumi is now the face of it, so she had a V6 release!! I personally think her V6 design is her best vocaloid design, it's so pretty,,, there's a bunch of upcoming vocals as well and I'm excited to hear them. Vocaloid6's AI also isn't super realistic, and I really like that!! It's nice to hear some robotic vocals amongst the flood of human-like AI vocals. I like them too, but their novelty wears off rly fast for me personally.

On the 20th, Hanakuma Chifuyu was released! She's a synthesizer V AI vocal, and she's from the same series as Rikka and Karin, two other AI vocals on synthV. Her voice is really cool!! her design is also rly cute (who am I kidding all of the Tokyo6 designs for their synthVs are cute). She also has a talk bank, which was released on CeVio AI on the same date.

On the 25th, RIME was released!! Rime is the 3rd of the 5 vocals from the Musical Isotope vocals by Kamistubaki Studios. She's voiced by VTuber RIM, and I didn't really connect to her much. she's nice but I'm just a little tired of the Musical Isotope series, they all sound kinda same-y. I still like SEKAI, the 2nd of the 5 vocals, a lot. And as of this month, the designs for all of the Musical Isotope series were released!! there's KAFU, SEKAI, RIME, COKO and HARU!! I think COKO looks the coolest, though her name's spelling threw me off a little at first.

Hoping that November will be as fun!! the vocalsynth fandom is really alive right now, it's really fun to see,,, anyways read NEXT!! Sound of the Future by rice deity on webtoon it's rly good
