So they're trying to redo myspace with this?

Interesting.  Closer to the mark from the internet we knew.

We were a Livejournal dweller in our 20s and mostly missed the boat on Myspace (we got an account relatively early but stuck with LJ and then fell off the internet for a while, by the time we got back FB was on the rise...).

(We'd love to see true blogging as a social network make a comeback, but that ship feels like it already sailed).

Not sure we'll spend that much time here.  Currently we're trying to create several fallback spots on the increasingly likely event twitter gives up the ghost.  Not sure which one we'll choose, but we cherish them all.

Also, Happy Halloween and Blessed Samhain for those who celebrate (or Beltane for those in the southern hemisphere).

Anyway, we're gonna step out and get some exercise.  Hope all y'all reading this have an awesome day.
