I made this flag to both talk about SpaceHey and why the damned rainbow people insist on being visible and such. We don't want future generations to have to deal with the same level of bullshit we had to. Hopefully it's funny and serious at the same time, I have a lot of work to do on it, still. Need some good philosophy quotes to go with this as well, of course. Also discussion of using privilege for good to draw attention to the problems of others, for example, I am white and "straight-passing," as an asexual and single/celibate person. Despite identifying as nonbinary, I realize I don't face the same issues faced by many transmen and transwomen, because I am just seen as "born female, still female." It's good to have the uncomfortable conversations.
The movie "At Eternity's Gate" was quite good, I thought, and I just watched that. I noticed many reviewers talked shit because it showed Van Gogh as mentally ill, I saw it as great because it showed that he struggled and still produced things of value to the world. I think it's a sign of mental illness stigma to be uncomfortable at the portrayal of him as mentally ill.
