Duckie and I are watching Tokyo Mew Mew New 

which is actually the first I’ve seen of this show (apart from a friend showing me a bit of their manga years ago once)!

It’s cute, but other than that, my thoughts on this show…

The social anxiety on this show is real.

Anticipating what he’s thinking, being certain he’s angry with her, being relieved when she knows he’s not, mining over every single clue

This girl overthinks everything. 

...Too relatable. 

I will enjoy Tokyo Mew Mew New as a work of nonfiction, then.
