Been actually getting into the Touhou series quite recently (since like 4 months ago?) because of a certain series with Koishi Komeiji in a style of a bootleg Okegom storywritten series. Outside of it, the official series itself and its fanworks are actually quite interesting to look into. Osana Reimu is very good and pulled my heartstrings like SHIIIIT did that really happen??? Nah just playing.
But yeah, touhou is actually pretty cool despite the many years I've been shitting on it (i was an asshole, still i might make fun of the fans just for the lol). I've been playing the shitty gacha game and the project sekai bootleg so take that as you will ^^"
Also my fav touhou character so far is koishi btw

haha i've always seen damaku kagura as a bandori bootleg more than a sekai one
still sad about the EoS though....
also, touhou is incredible! i'm also someone who got into it recently (the start of this year) and i've enjoyed every second of playing the games, listening to the music, learning abt the characters, etc. i'm glad i'm not the ONLY person that decided to get into it this year after so many years of avoiding it.. no regrets
the EoS caught me so off guard because I started playing it 3 days before I even knew it shutting down lmaoo, tho pretty excited for the steam release!!
