my idea/theory.

there are the demolition lovers (male and female) the female lovers name is Emily, and we don’t know the male lovers name despite the story centering around him, but like they are vampires in the first album and the male lover start questioning the mortality of his immortality, and like the lovers are in like a love hate relationship. Like the female lover is very obsessive and he goes to break up with her and he even says, “I don’t care how much you will invest yourself in me” and basically tries to leave. Then he starts to feel bad and takes her back like she like even tried to unalive herself because she tried to drown herself, he saves her and is basically takes her back. They even get married, but he doesn’t really wanna marry her like it’s said that “he’s not around he’s always looking at men” after the wedding they some how both die. The female lover goes to haven and he goes to hell. He meets the devil, and the devil is like if you wanna see your lover again you have to kill 1000 evil men. He’s like aight bet. Then he gets sent back to earth and starts getting addicted to killing, he becomes an alcoholic and gets sent to prison. That’s where he starts to realize why he never liked his wife, because he likes men, he and some prison mates break out of prison, and he yet again dies and is back in hell and meets the devils son and they like even kiss and his wife some how find out and has like a breakdown over it. He doesn’t know. The male lover thinks back to when they were in high school and realizes, she was a massive asswhole to everyone, she had issues with mental health but would make fun of other people for going through basically the same thing. After thinking back to that. He finally dies yet again and gets sent back to hell, and just hates himself for the fact that he thought that “god” would treat everyone the same. 

for the black parade pert I have 2 version but are very similar.

Its been years now and he is now a marching band leader. He gets sent back to earth as a guide to “the afterlife” basically just hell. The person he has to guide to hell is a cancer patient, when he gets sent to the hospital. He immediately sees why the patient is going to hell, the patient is basically an asswhole, but the band leader doesn’t want to get attached (spoiler: he does). Seeing the way, the patient acts, he immediately starts mocking what would happen at his funeral and starts mocking the way he pity’s himself. Then he starts giving the patient basically a reality check, telling him that “if his heart stops its what he deserves” but despite being really rude he also is flirting with him. The patient gets in on it to, saying “if life ain’t just a joke then why am I dead?” He isn’t died yet he’s just being weird. Then the patient starts explaining how he’s going to die and how no one is going to remember him, then the patients girlfriend breaks up with him because he has cancer she even goes so far to say, “I don’t love you”, and the band leader understands how he feels, to an extant. Once she leaves the band leader goes to comfort the patient, and this is when we start to see that the band leader actually is kinda fond of the patient, and basically the band and leader and the patient kinda have a duet, basically the leader is trying to comfort the patient, and the patient start to actually starts to talk about all the shit that he’s had to go through mentally because of this. Then the band leader starts explaining his experiences to the patient, and it actually kinda helps, they start joking about how teenagers are scary, the band leader even explains how he fought in the war once, they talk about there mums and many parties they used to go to. Then a couple days later, the patient starts to talk how his took him to a marching band once and how, he was told that no matter what at least one person will remember him, the band leader starts is concerned why he’s tell him this, and realizes why he would be telling him this now, it’s that the patient doesn’t have the time left, its that he is going to give up, when the band leader starts to recognize this he tries to convince him to live, to keep going, to fight through but in the end it didn’t work the patient died, and the leader decided that would try and do the same but he’s already died so he basically just put himself in a internal sleep.

also I had an idea that the male demolition lover  was reincited into the patient and that the parade leader is actually the devils son, and they just start making fun of each other because haha funny, then I don't love you was Emily either as a ghost finally talking to him or a hallucination of Emily saying everything that was said in that song. everything else kinda stays the same as the last theory. ya know they talk parting, the war, and ya know the male lover/patient has a breakdown about everything and the devils son/leader tries to help, famous last words I think in this version would literally be that convocation. But mans just can't, then welcome to the black parade is just devils son kinda just being there for my dude, ya know?
