I love this photo 💖

It shows me and my grandmother and our heirloom eyes. My photographer friend took the photo. She once said my eyes are starseed. I love that description. The photo is personal to me because it's centered around the starseed eyes that are unique to my family. It's one reason I'm proud of the family I'm apart of and the people that came before me. Is there any defining traits in your family that are unique?

I'm also a photographer, so I greatly appreciate the art. Nature and people are my photo inspirations. In another blog I'll share some of my work.

I think eyes are important in portrait photography, they express so much emotion. When I photograph myself I often center the piece around my expressive eyes (which I can share in another blog).
