I remember, and I feel home again.

I remember it in its glory. I remember the freedom we had, and the choices it gave us.

I remember logging in, and going to my friend's walls to see what was new in their lives, and how they were.

There were no algorithms optimized to keep you scrolling forever, growing more and more depressed. No ad profiles that tracked you from site to site, serving you hyper specific ads seemingly related to things you only thought about to yourself and never told anyone.

I'm glad to see something like this pop up, and I'm glad to take part in this corner of the internet.

Farewell for now, though. I'm about to get some shut-eye; and in the morning, I'll be brushing up on my HTML.
