Congestive Heart Failure

Yep. That is what it is. That is what has been causing my angina, tired feeling, confusion, and dizziness. Have to change the way that I live totally if I am going to survive, be comfortable, and have a quality of life that I want to take part in. It's a scary gun to look down, most of all for a old man who is mentally ill. Still I have to keep trying.
